Refund Policy

Requests for refund will be granted on a case by case basis. To ensure best possible service, please Contact Us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will be happy to respond to you within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy

After your order has been confirmed, a representative of Sierra Lands Beef will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery options for your purchase. At any time prior and up to this date, a cancellation request can be processed. Please Contact Us as soon as possible to ensure all our customers receive the same attention to their orders and deliveries.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

To maintain quality and ensure the freshness of our beef, at this time Sierra Lands Beef has a limited delivery and scheduled pickup area in Fresno, Madera and Mariposa Counties. In the future, we look forward to expanding to meet the needs of all those wishing to enjoy our products near and far.
